EY, the Liquidator of Air Vanuatu Operations Limited, reported on August 11th that 11 Expressions of Interest (EOIs) were received. The EOIs include seven for recapitalization, one for acquiring the company’s assets and business, and three for asset acquisition.
“Following receipt of the EOls, we engaged with each party individually to understand their EOI and support any outstanding due diligence requirements. Importantly, we also spent significant time determining whether the various interested parties had the financial capacity to complete the transactions contemplated in their EOIs,” EY report stated.
